Ep. 127 - Conditioning Your Mind (w. Sarah Rose)

Image
Some people cross your path in Life, you don't ask yourself why - you just open up your mind and heart and you just run with it. If there's one thing I've learned from these amazing exchanges, it's the fact that there's something to be said for humility and personal truth. My next guest and I haven't known each other that long but from the very first interaction and throughout  the wonderful opportunities since, I've gotten to know a truly radiating soul. The calm yet profound sense of presence and mindfulness that Sarah Rose brings into a space is something that cannot be overlooked. Talking with her is both a privilege and experience. You get this sense of intentional clarity and generosity of time and self that encourages you to do the same and reciprocate. Come to think it, this shouldn't really come as a surprise given her background as both a Certified Life Coach, Mindfulne...

Ep. 097 - Talking Is Strength (w. Martin Binette)

Image
Facing your demons is a very uncomfortable feeling. But the path towards growth means that one must undoubtedly tread through his or her fair share of discomfort. This conversation was a long time coming. Not only because it covers a topic I've become quite vocal about, but also because it forced me to revisit my own journey towards acceptance. Martin Binette , powerful speaker and mental health advocate was the one I reached out to when I had reached a point where the stress, anxiety, confusion and darkness were rather hard to deal with.  Indeed, it takes a very keen sense of patience, wisdom, and empathy to help someone out in this particular kind of need.  Having dealt with mental health issues in his right for over 20 years, Martin is no stranger to the kind of toxic and oftentimes destructive internal dialogue that can lead to some unfortunate outcomes. Neither Martin nor I ...

Ep. 089 - Filled With Wins (w. Farahdja Casseus)

Image
© WYBOU - La Photographe ( https://www.wybou.ca /) - All Rights Reserved Growth is a truly courageous if not to say very painful process. We talk a lot on this program about the patience and willingness to grow out of your comfort zone, to break out of your own shell, to go after your true desires and to step into your true Self...but it would be quite foolish to not be reminded of the true pain, anxiety and struggle that comes along with us on this powerful journey. As a Transformational Nutrition Coach, Chef, Life Coach and all-round delightful being, my next guest, Farahdja Casseus can certainly attest to such uncomfortable truths. In this warm-hearted as well as revealing conversation, we touch on her own battles with personal demons, limiting beliefs, owning up to one's responsibility in the process and cherishing the rewards of coming out the other end...filled with wins. A powerful exchange, which I do hope you...

Ep. 084 - Step Into Your Decision (w. David Bianchi)

Image
© Darrin VanGorder (https://www.dvgphotography.com/) - All Rights Reserved There's this sense of ferocious intensity that I walked away from following this extraordinary conversation with my next guest that has left me both impacted and humbled. Passion - TRUE passion - is infectious and when you have the opportunity to witness and learn from it, you should take a second to stop and listen. Throughout his career as a professional actor, screenwriter, director, producer, poet, motivational speaker and author, David Bianchi   is no stranger to the kind of experiences and life lessons rooted in dedication, commitment, discipline and personal growth that we aim to communicate on this program. When I came across an interview he gave on the Bollywood Meets Hollywood podcast  in which he unabashedly laid out how, speaking of the Hollywood film industry, one should aim to chase your dream with no second guesses and no excuses...or...

As an Executive Coach, Leadership Specialist and published author of the new book " Happy People Work Harder ", Garen has made it his mission to quite simply improve life at work, for leaders as well as their teams, by inspiring positive change and humanising the corporate experience.
